DEMOCRACIA Y DERECHOS HUMANOS EN VENEZUELA.-



Cuando en 1970 el doctor Salvador Allende asumió como Presidente de Chile tras haber sido elegido por los trabajadores y ratificado por el Congreso Nacional, Richard Nixon ordenó “hacer aullar a la economía chilena”. Y Henry Kissinger aseveró que “no podemos quedarnos pasivos ante la irresponsabilidad de un pueblo que ha elegido a Salvador Allende Presidente de Chile”.
El imperialismo no podía soportar la nacionalización del cobre, del sistema financiero, ni la participación de los trabajadores en asumir su destino en sus propias manos. Para impedir la profundización de la democracia, se canalizó la conjura a través de “El Mercurio”, la Democracia Cristiana, la derecha tradicional, la Sofoca y el lumpen, quienes pavimentaron el camino a las FFAA.
Cada vez que en América Latina han surgido movimientos de liberación, se han promovido desestabilizaciones y golpes de Estado. En 1973, la CIA y la derecha derrocaron al Presidente Salvador Allende. Hubo acciones golpistas en septiembre de 2008 contra Evo Morales en Bolivia. En junio de 2009, contra Manuel Zelaya en Honduras. En septiembre de 2010, hubo un intento de asesinato contra Rafael Correa en Ecuador. En junio de 2012 se efectuó un golpe contra Fernando Lugo en Paraguay. El 11 de abril de 2002 hubo un golpe fallido contra el Presidente Hugo Chávez. Ahora se ha reiterado el intento de golpe contra el Presidente Nicolás Maduro, en febrero de 2014, lo que se ratifica con la detención de tres generales de la Fuerza Aérea, quienes se confabulaban para ejecutar un golpe de Estado. Todo ello sin considerar los centenares de intentos de asesinato contra Fidel Castro.
Quienes ejercen el dominio del mundo rechazan la experiencia bolivariana y buscan su desplome y el desplome de la integración de América Latina, bajo los argumentos de “defensa de la democracia”, a lo que ahora se ha sumado la “defensa de los derechos humanos”, los cuales son identificados con el círculo vicioso de políticas públicas dominadas por el mercado y que la revolución bolivariana ha hecho fenecer.
Ya desde el siglo XIV, USA ha querido posesionarse de Venezuela por su estratégica ubicación geográfica y su riqueza de recursos naturales, especialmente su riqueza petrolera, puesto que se producen 300.000 millones de barriles y 2 billones de metros cúbicos de gas.
El chavismo ha tomado conciencia y posibilitado la autonomía de Venezuela respecto de USA y de las potencias transatlánticas. Ello explica el establecimiento de bases militares norteamericana en Colombia y en el resto de los países de América Latina, incluyendo a Chile.
En los actuales acontecimientos, el fascismo venezolano se ha mostrado abiertamente dependiente de USA y de caudillos militares colombianos, además de recibir apoyo de la Banca , de corporaciones del agro y de empresas capitalistas. Tal como ha ocurrido en Chile, la oligarquía espera “con mano ajena” apropiarse del poder bajo un manto de “respetabilidad” que le provee cobertura política y es protegida por campañas de “derechos humanos” que pretenden defender a pandillas de criminales, contando con el apoyo de la prensa internacional “seria”.
La polarización de la sociedad venezolana no ha sido originada por el chavismo, sino por la extrema desigualdad generada por el modelo de país entregado a corporaciones transnacionales y que era administrado alternativamente por la socialdemocracia y la democracia cristiana.
En las manifestaciones de las últimas semanas, los grupos liderados por Leopoldo López han atacado instituciones de los trabajadores como concejos comunales, asociaciones barriales, clínicas médicas y dentales, escuelas públicas, transportes, almacenes de alimentos subsidiados, centros de discusión política, cooperativas bancarias y campesinas, sindicatos, hogares de dirigentes chavistas, etc…
Los llamados guarimberos han asesinado a 29 soldados y policías; a tres dirigentes sociales y políticos; a dos trabajadores de municipios que limpiaban barricadas y destrozos de los fascistas, entre otros.
¿Qué democracia y qué derechos humanos defienden las empresas transnacionales a través del gobierno de USA y sus cómplices internos?
El Informe de CEPAL ( 5-12-2013) indica que Venezuela ha disminuido la pobreza en más de un 50% (de 60% al 28%). La indigencia se ha reducido de 11,7% a 9,7%. La pobreza extrema ha bajado del 25% al 7%.
De un 70% de población analfabeta, Venezuela después de Chávez ha erradicado el analfabetismo, además de tener la distribución de riqueza menos desigual de América Latina. También se ha erradicado la desnutrición y, en salud, ha sido aumentado el gasto per cápita de 135 a 508 euros como promedio.
El chavismo ha ganado 18 de 19 elecciones, lo que ha permitido que la revolución bolivariana esté contribuyendo en forma sustantiva a la instauración de un nuevo orden internacional multipolar.
A pesar de la manipulación de los medios internacionales, la verdad se impone para desesperación del subsecretario de Estado de USA para Asuntos Suramericanos, quien ha amenazado que “si no se retractan los procesos judiciales contra el señor Leopoldo López, el Senado norteamericano podría estudiar represalias contra Venezuela”.
No obstante, cancilleres de doce países han apoyado al Presidente Maduro, jefe de un gobierno “democrático, legítimamente constituido”. Es así como en sesión extraordinaria de Unasur en Santiago de Chile, en resolución Nº 2014 del 12 de marzo de 2014, se ratificó el respeto de los derechos humanos y el rechazo a la violencia, manifestando además “preocupación ante cualquier amenaza a la independencia y soberanía de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela”. El apoyo a la democracia venezolana ya lo había expresado la OEA el 7 de marzo, con el voto en contra de USA, Canadá y Panamá.
Es válido preguntar por el nombre de alguna federación u organización estudiantil, o algún pliego de demandas de dirigentes sindicales, o de grupos de pobladores o campesinos, aparte del por qué se producen imágenes falsas de torturas, asesinatos y vejaciones, manipulando fotos de Chile, Europa y Siria. Al igual que respecto del golpe de Estado y la dictadura de Pinochet, la CIA, los “demócratas” y algunas entidades “defensoras de derechos humanos” tienen la palabra.
