Pronunciamiento del Festival Ecológico en San Blas ¡Con Misericordia, Ecología y Arte, Evangelizamos en todas partes!

Con alegría les comparto el pronunciamiento principal en el Festival Ecológico que acabamos de celebrar el día de ayer en una comunidad campesina del municipio de Granada. El festival se enfocó en el Derecho fundamental al Agua y especialmente de los campesinos de esa zona y en contra del aprovechamiento abusivo y tan contaminante de los Ingenios azucareros.

Cada región donde están las CEB hizo su pronunciamiento y además tuvimos un pronunciamiento general de las CEB-CNP que es el que les comparto ahora. Ya después les enviaremos las fotografías de este festival ecológico tan significativo y que celebramos cada año en torno al 12 de octubre como expresión ahora de los 524 años de Resistencia Indígena, Negra y Popular.

 

 

Pronunciamiento del Festival Ecológico en San  Blas

¡Con Misericordia, Ecología y Arte, Evangelizamos en todas partes!

 

Fieles a la mirada de Jesús y de su Evangelio, y el amor a nuestro pueblo hacemos este pronunciamiento desde el clamor de nuestra tierra sedienta del Agua y desde nuestros pozos pocos profundos y contaminados.

 Hacemos este pronunciamiento desde la sed de nuestro pueblo, especialmente desde nuestras niñas y niños que quieren el Agua limpia para bañarse, para beber y para los alimentos.

Hacemos este pronunciamiento desde el maíz, del frijol y todo lo que sembramos que espera que lo fecunde el Agua limpia. No solo nosotros, sino también nuestros animalitos tienen sed y buscan el Agua.

Hacemos este pronunciamiento no sólo pensando en nosotros y el derecho fundamental del Agua para una vida digna, sino pensando también en las regiones en que la minería extractivista agota las fuentes de Agua para el pueblo. Nos unimos en especial a la lucha que han llevado nuestros hermanos de Rancho Grande. También tener muy presente el anterior festival ecológico y la lucha de nuestros hermanos del Norte por la defensa de los bosques y del Agua en contra de la deforestación desenfrenada.

Hacemos este pronunciamiento unidos especialmente al clamor que hay en toda Nicaragua por la Reserva de Bosawas que se van comiendo y destruyendo cada día.

Y hacemos este pronunciamiento unidos al llamado que el Papa Francisco ha hecho a toda la humanidad para que cuidemos y defendamos nuestra Casa Común y escuchemos atentamente y solidariamente el clamor de la Tierra y el clamor de los Pobres.

Reflexión de Fe.

Hacemos nuestra proclama inspirados en la Palabra de Dios. Tenemos muy presente el mensaje del Génesis como obra buena del amor de Dios y vemos el Agua presente desde el comienzo de la Creación como una bendición. Y nos alegramos  y sentimos llamados a cuidar la Misión que Dios da a los primeros hombres y mujeres Dios  y los llama y nos llama a nosotros a cuidar el jardín del Edén, el Paraíso que Él nos ha dado (Gen 2,15) y nos duele sentir cómo lo hemos ido destruyendo.

Nos inspira muy especialmente el ejemplo y las palabras de Jesús. En Lucas 12, Jesús nos habla de la belleza de la Naturaleza, de las aves, del hermoso vestido que Dios le da a la tierra con las flores y las plantas, y Jesús nos invita a descubrir su mensaje en  especialmente en la siembra y la cosecha (Juan 4,35).

Tenemos muy presente en esta proclama la Parábola del Sembrador. No queremos que su Palabra caiga en las duras piedras de la indiferencia, ni queremos que caiga donde hay poca tierra y no eche raíces y se rinda ante las primeras dificultades por la lucha por el Agua y la vida digna. Especialmente no queremos que la buena semilla que Dios ha sembrado, quede ahogada por las malas hierbas de la avaricia, del lucro, de la explotación de la tierra, del desprecio a los más pobres. Queremos que nuestra comunidad y nuestra vida sea una buena tierra que recibe y abraza  la buena semilla y da mucho fruto para el bien de nuestro pueblo.

Desde ya con el Evangelio queremos denunciar la cizaña que daña a nuestro pueblo con chismes, falsos temores, división, etc… que pueden ahogar la buena semilla que Dios nos ha dado.

Nos ilumina en especial en nuestro caminar y en esta proclama, el mensaje del Papa en su Encíclica sobre el cuido de la Casa Común. En especial tenemos presente lo que nos dice cómo el Agua potable es indispensable para la vida humana  y para sustentar los ecosistemas terrestres y acuáticos. (Número 28)

No hacemos eco también de esto que nos dice el Papa: Los impactos ambientales podrían afectar a miles y millones de personas y es posible que el control del Agua por parte de grandes empresarios mundiales sea una de los principales conflictos de este siglo (número 31)

Y queremos hacer nuestra su visión de una Ecología integral lejos del consumismo, de la explotación de la Tierra, de los recursos naturales y de la vida de los más pobres.

Como Profetas de la Vida, queremos insistir que con los Recursos Naturales, no predominen los intereses de grupos económico que arrasan indiscriminadamente  las fuentes de la vida en perjuicio de naciones enteras y de la misma humanidad.

Queremos asumir y hacer nuestro todo el mensaje del Papa como un llamado a la Conversión Ecológica dentro de un contexto de una Ecología Integral.

Denuncias concretas. Desde esta iluminación de Fe queremos proféticamente Denunciar:

1.- El despale indiscriminado por mafias madereras en Bosawas, Prinsapolca, Indio Maíz, Cerro Mogotón, Cordillera Dipilto, Jalapa.

2.- La sobre explotación de Mantos acuíferos superficiales por corporaciones industriales agrícolas y por la minera extractivista.

3.- La debilidad institucional en la aplicación de la normativa Ambiental.

4.- La pasividad, indiferencia en gran parte de la población ante la gravedad tan tremenda de la crisis climática

5.- Denunciamos también nuestras propias fallas y negligencias en el cuido de la Casa Común, en la contaminación del Agua de Lagos, Ríos y Comunidades del campo y de la ciudad por botar la basura y por no luchar por la defensa de nuestra Madre Tierra.

ACTUAR

1.-Siguiendo a Jesús que vino para que tengamos vida y vida en abundancia (Jn 10, 10) queremos desde las comunidades y parroquias seguir promoviendo la sensibilización y la toma de conciencia por la causa ambiental y por el derecho fundamental al Agua del cual depende en gran parte una vida humana plena y digna.

2.- Queremos mantener el profetismo anunciando alternativas que broten desde la reflexión personal y comunitaria y desde la conciencia ciudadana y compartir eso entre nosotros con otros grupos afines y con las instancias del gobierno.

3.- Nos comprometemos a fortalecer nuestra Espiritualidad Ecológica inspirada en Jesús, en María de Nazaret su madre, y en el testimonio de nuestros Mártires que han dado la vida por la verdad y la justicia.

4.-En concreto en nuestra zona, queremos luchar para que se establezca como estrategia territorial e institucional, una gestión integral de los recursos hídricos donde prevalezca como prioridad el derecho humano al Agua.

Terminamos haciendo nuestro este pronunciamiento del Papa Francisco: El acceso al Agua potable segura en un derecho humano básico, fundamental y universal, porque determina la sobrevivencia de las personas y por lo tanto es condición para el ejercicio de los demás derechos humanos. Este mundo tiene una grave deuda social con los pobres que no tienen acceso al Agua potable, porque eso es negarle el derecho a la vida radicado en su dignidad inalienable (Encíclica Alabado seas No.30)
