Crónicas 4a y 5a del viaje del Papa

Estando ya en San Salvador les adjunto la 4a y 5a crónicas, redactadas por nuestro amigo Fernando Torres, sobre los dos últimos días del viaje del Papa. Fue una verdadero privilegio estar en esos días en Colombia y continuar pensando en celebrar los 50 años de los Docs de Medellín. En el contexto de las actividades de "Pedido de perdón por la responsabilidad, que como Iglesia, tenemos en la violencia que viene del pasado", e invitados por la Comisión Intereclesial de Justicia y Paz de Colombia, varios miembros de SICSAL nos hemos hecho presentes a estos significativos actos. En ese marco, el día lunes 4 de septiembre, en la Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, se ha realizado el foro PORQUE PEDIMOS PERDON. Han participado: Mons. Raúl Vera López (obispo de la diócesis de Saltillo, México, y presidente de SICSAL), padre Javier Palacios (Univ.

Vidriera en la Iglesia de Robledo de Losada. España

El pasado día 19 de agosto se inauguró una iglesia que se ha restaurado en un pueblo de la comarca Cabrera Baja en la provincia de León, llamado Robledo de Losada en España.
Allí se colocó la vidriera  que recordará para siempre a nuestro querido Monseñor Romero junto a Rutilio y los jesuitas de la UCA.

Para ubicarnos en el futuro de la paz en Colombia, os ofrecemos dos documentos diferentes:

  • Un artículo del biblista Gonzalo Ma de la Torre, sobre la paz y la reconciliación referido al mundo afrodescendiente, uno de los colectivos más afectados por el conflicto, pero generalizable.
  • Un artículo del sociólogo Boaventura de Sousa Santos, impulsor del foro social, analiza con profundidad las diferentes implicaciones que hay tras la palabra democracia.

PASOS PAPALES POR LA PAZ DE COLOMBIA

Tres visitas en tres momentos de la historia reciente de Colombia muy diferentes 1968, 1986, 2017 de tres Papas también muy diferentes: Paulo VI, Juan Pablo II y Francisco, el primer Papa Latinoamericano, reiteran el llamado ineludible de justicia y de paz a un país, especialmente a sus élites, que mucho le ha costado abrirse, escuchar y aceptar las necesarias transformaciones estructurales que tales exigencias le plantean.
