a) ¿Por qué la oposición desconoce el resultado electoral?

Porque siempre ha perdido las elecciones (todas con el aval de la OEA, la UE y el Centro Carter), y quiere ganar mediante la desestabilización la que las urnas le niegan. Estas actuales elecciones también han sido avaladas por observadores internacionales, y la raíz del problema radica en dar crédito a la oposición y no a los observadores. Es decir, a la parte y no al juez.

b) ¿Por qué poder creer que las elecciones son limpias y que miente la oposición?

Porque siempre que el oficialismo ha perdido (referenda, comicios a alcaldías y gobernaciones…) ha reconocido su derrota. Y ya son varias las veces que la oposición ha declarado fraude contra el parecer de los observadores. Lástima que la prensa haya dado más crédito al jugador que al árbitro. Carter ha afirmado en una ocasión que “Venezuela es un ejemplo de democracia para el mundo”, y en otra que “su sistema electoral es el mejor del mundo”.

c) ¿Por qué no se efectuará el recuento de los votos?

Tanto Maduro como Capriles se comprometieron a aceptar el resultado electoral. El segundo incumplió su promesa, y afirmó su intención de no aceptarlo hasta que se produjera un recuento voto por voto. No es cierto que Maduro se haya negado al recuento, sino el Consejo Nacional Electoral, órgano independiente del gobierno. Y es así por 2 razones: porque la ley obliga a que en 24 horas sea reconocido el nuevo presidente, y porque el procedimiento formal de impugnación es otro (un recurso formal ante el Consejo, y otro al Tribunal Supremo). La gran pregunta es: ¿por qué Capriles convocó protestas callejeras sin seguir los mecanismos legales de apelación? Se debe recordar que, según la ley, el 54% de los votos se vuelven a contar, tal y como se ha hecho, por lo que un hipotético fraude quedaría inmediatamente detectado.

d) ¿Quién es el instigador de la violencia?

Según testimonios y periodistas acreditados sobre el terreno, han muerto hasta la fecha siete personas (6 chavistas, 1 policía y ningún antichavista), han ardido locales del partido chavista (con gente dentro), se ha agredido físicamente a médicos cubanos, a personalidades oficialistas, y se han atacado los domicilios de cargos públicos, destrozándose asimismo locales comunitarios y sociales implementados por el gobierno.

¿Puede dudar alguien de que el instigador de todo ello es la oposición, repitiendo la estrategia del 2002, tal y como a posteriori quedó perfectamente esclarecido por numerosos investigadores, reportajes, periodistas y dictámenes judiciales?

e) ¿Por qué la prensa mundial manipula de modo sistemático la realidad venezolana?

Los medios de prensa venezolanos, cuyos propietarios son millonarios ligados a la derecha, son en un 80% privados y antichavistas, y gozan no ya de plena libertad para decir lo que quieran, sino para instigar, delinquir, crear desestabilización y dar golpes de Estado, tal y como afirma Noam Chomsky.

Por otra parte, los grandes medios internacionales, norteamericanos en su mayoría (Fox, CNN…) no sólo son un altavoz para los intereses del norte, sino que pertenecen directamente a las multinacionales que son lesionadas, en sus injustos intereses, por el gobierno social del chavismo.

Con respecto a la prensa española, los grandes medios (ABC, El Mundo…) viven de la publicidad de las empresas multinacionales (Endesa, Repsol, Fenosa, Telefónica, Banco de Santander…) que, operando en América Latina, han visto frenadas sus estrategias de expolio por los gobiernos humanistas de la zona, casualmente liderados por la Venezuela de Chávez. El diario español El País va más lejos: no es que opere para las multinacionales, es que es una multinacional, el Grupo Prisa, de capital norteamericano, con intereses en la zona mediante empresas como Bavaria o Editorial Santillana.

Ante esto, es de prever que la prensa comercial (mal llamada independiente) renuncie al deber de informar para dedicarse a tergiversar. No en vano decía Goebbels, ministro nazi de propaganda, que “una mentira repetida hasta la saciedad se transforma en una verdad indiscutida para la masa”.

¿Está Estados Unidos detrás de los actos de desestabilización?

Pocos días antes de las elecciones, Maduro expulsó a diplomáticos norteamericanos por injerencismo. Un poco después, se detuvo a varios paramilitares provenientes de El Salvador que se introdujeron en Venezuela. EEUU es hoy tal vez el único país del mundo que se ha negado a reconocer a Maduro hasta un nuevo conteo de votos, algo innecesario y no contemplado por la ley.

La actual situación es semejante a la del 2002: no reconocimiento de las elecciones, y disturbios callejeros para crear una situación de violencia cuya desestabilización posibilite el golpe de Estado. El juego sucio de la oposición y la connivencia directa de EEUU (mediante la asesoría y la financiación desde organismos como la CIA, la NED y la USAID) a lo largo de todos los 14 años de chavismo es algo ampliamente demostrado y documentado por Eva Golinger en su libro El código Chávez. Y demuestra que el esquema operativo de EEUU es el del golpe suave o revolución de terciopelo, consistente en unos actos de desestabilización más mediáticos que militares, que ya no consisten en reprimir a la gente sino volverlas contra el gobierno mediante la tergiversación mediática.

¿Qué escenario inmediato cabe prever?

Es probable la violencia remita en pocos días, y las protestas se diluyan ante lo evidente de la realidad. No obstante, no cabe descartar posibles escenarios bastante menos positivos. Para evitarlo, urge una inteligente y eficaz labor de contrainformación que contrarreste la versión de la prensa convencional.

Por otra parte, Capriles, que se ha precipitado en quitarse la careta al echar al monte a su gente, ha perdido unos réditos obtenidos mediante la imagen de un hombre del pueblo cercano al pueblo. Una vez que quede clara su responsabilidad en los disturbios y actos violentos, ya no podrá volver a enfundarse su imagen de poco menos que bolivariano y chavista anti-Maduro.

Por ello, la deserción de votantes chavistas tenderá a regresar a casa. Pero Maduro, cuya imagen saldrá tan reforzada como la de la oposición hundida, deberá afrontar graves problemas (la violencia, la corrupción, la ineficiencia) e intensificar los planes sociales para seguir sacando a más ciudadanos de la pobreza (desde que llegó Chávez la tasa bajó del 60 al 24%).

Por último, lo ajustado de las elecciones debe hacer prever al gobierno una hoja de ruta para el caso de una pérdida de elecciones, que no por ello la de la revolución (pues perder el gobierno no es perder las bases, la Asamblea, los gobernadores, las alcaldías, la Constitución ni la América ya casi liberada).

En definitiva, éste es, junto con el 2002, el año más delicado de este irreversible despertar venezolano. Y, sin duda, va a ser remontado, aunque cueste trabajo. Porque, como dice el refrán, “el pez más fuerte es el que nada a contracorriente”. Y porque “los cometas alzan el vuelo cuando tienen el viento en contra”.
